| Carmine has over 30 years experience
developing and implementing software-based mortgage business
solutions for top lenders. In 1980, he founded Input Creations,
Inc. Under his leadership, the company successfully created
and marketed a windows-based Client/Server Mortgage Loan
Processing System. The company was sold in 1996 to a competitor.
In 1999, he founded Palisades Technology Partners, LLC.
In November 2006, Palisades was acquired by IBM, to deliver ever more unique value to the lending industry. Carmine continues as the executive in charge of IBM/Palisades, the now wholly owned subsidiary. |

| David joined Palisades in 2003 and has focused on direct
sales and strategies to support Palisades continued
growth. He has over 30 years of mortgage technology and
sales experience. Prior to joining
IBM/Palisades , he served as national sales manager for John
Harland Financial Solutions, and strategic account manager
for Corillian. In his position at Harland, Aach generated
mortgage origination systems sales to more than 30 leading
banks and mortgage companies, including Citicorp, GMAC, and
Nations Bank. While at Corillian, he earned over $13 million
in sales for the company. Aach also served as vice president
of mortgage systems for Citicorp Mortgage, where he was instrumental
in rolling out the first loan origination system to use laser
printed mortgage documents. |

| Steve has been working with Carmine Cacciavillani for
over 20 years designing and developing systems for the Mortgage
industry. In the late 80's Steve was a major contributor
to several custom LOS applications including the LaserPro
Mortgage product, a fully comprehensive Loan Origination
System which is still in use at several Fortune 500 organizations.
During the 90's Steve focused on the technology side of development
within such areas as object oriented design, multi-tier architectures,
and business components. He developed most of the internal
building blocks for various other LOS systems and lead the
company's Architecture Group. Upon joining Palisades in 1999,
Steve became responsible for implementing the industry's
first true browser based POS/LOS system presently running
at Ditech.com. Today, as CTO, Steve is focused on delivering
IBM/Palisades's vision for a Services Oriented Architecture and fully integrated end-to-end solutions, providing
complex mortgage organizations the ability to upgrade their
functional enterprise in a more cost effective manner. |

| John joined Palisades in 2002, and provides strategy, oversight
and planning for the Mortgage Practice. Specifically, John
has been instrumental in creating the core pieces of our
Services Oriented Architecture approach to the industry.
In 1982, John joined Morbank Systems, Inc., where he built
mortgage servicing modules and a distributed loan origination/
inventory control system. During his tenure, he grew the
business to over 20 customers, with the largest client originating
in excess of $2B annually.From 1995 to 2000, he served as
EVP, Development/ IT for Mortgage.com, where he was the principal
architect of CLOser, their mortgage banking solution and
managed a staff of over 100 professionals. In 2000, he returned
to Morbank Systems, Inc. as President. While there, he was
engaged by a mortgage software solution provider to design
their Product Pricing engine, and managed the Retail Mortgage
Web Initiative of a federally chartered bank. Today John heads up product delivery and innovation to assure IBM is best positioned to drive new solutions to market. |

| Mario joined Palisades in 2001 as the VP of Quality Assurance and Operations. Mario has
over 20 years experience in project and operations management
as well as the design and development of complex mission
critical applications. Prior to joining Palisades, Mario
was COO of software consulting firm Blueflame where he helped
grow the organization from 8 to 250+ employees over a 10
year period. Prior to Blueflame, Mario worked at Relational
Strategies and Andersen Consulting. Mario holds a BS in Industrial
Management from the Krannert School of Management at Purdue
University. Today Mario leads a team of 20 professionals to deliver key solutions to Wachovia Bank. |

| In charge of Sales and Business Development, Rob uses his diverse
background to develop new business models and distribution
channels for IBM/Palisades's software solutions to continually grow the
business. A veteran entrepreneur with significant experience
managing high growth companies, Strickland brings 20 years
of experience in sales, marketing and business development
to his role at IBM/Palisades. Prior to
joining IBM/Palisades, Rob was a Director of Sales for the application
development firm, Blueflame where he developed and executed
sales/marketing plans that helped the company grow 100% over
a two year period. Rob was successful at developing profitable
relationships with Merrill Lynch, CSFB, Scholastic and HW Wilson
to name a few. Strickland has also worked for AT&T Global
Accounts, Grey Advertising and Young & Rubicam. |
